Our Story
For over 30 years, we've been building emergency call escalation technology for multifamily properties. After a major acquisition in 2015, we had a chance to rebuild from the ground up—taking everything we'd learned and starting fresh.
Our team spent years listening to property managers, maintenance teams, and residents. We saw the same problems everywhere: scattered communication, woken-up teams for routine questions, missing context when emergencies happened.
So we built something different. Core, Assist, and Dialtone aren't adapted from other industries—they're designed for how multifamily actually works. We're still private, still nimble, still located on Whiskey Row in Louisville.
